As part of our mission we not only feed the people who come to our clinic, but we also go out to the surrounding areas, such as the dump and the mountains, to feed and supply the people with food.  This is done in conjunction with Kitchen of Love Ministries in Guatemala under the leadership of Pastor Jose Alvarez.  The living conditions are squalid at best, with many of these people living in plastic covered shanties.
